Donald Bredberg

CEO / Managing Director.  Donald Bredberg leads StoneCreek Partners, working in close cooperation with SCP’s various regional partners.

 

Prior to his current involvements, Bredberg held executive positions with The Irvine Company (Newport Beach), Al Anwae / Al Tameer family offices (Riyadh, Jeddah), and Universal Studios Recreation Group (Los Angeles).

Jeff Morton
Jeff Morton

Partner for Leasing & Property Management.   Jeff Morton has had an extensive career in asset management, property management, pre-leasing and leasing of shopping centers & industrial properties. An experienced and knowledgeable professional in lease agreements, tenant improvement construction, work order contracts, insurance, financing, marketing and developing city government / city council relations. Deep experience in negotiating, managing conflict and developing strategies for maximum productivity. A passion for client relations with a focus on client & tenant retention.

Associate.     Greg Levrance is a highly experienced real estate professional, with a background in pre-construction program management, asset management, and advisory work.

 

Prior to his current involvements, he held senior positions with Welbro Management (Orlando), Newfield Enterprises International (Los Angeles), and Phillips Brandt Reddick (Irvine).

John H. Bredberg
John Bredberg

Chairman Emeritus.  John Haynes (J.H.) Bredberg is an outside business advisor and SCP’s Chairman Emeritus. Prior to his current involvements, he founded and directed Bredberg Consulting Engineers, one of the predecessor companies to StoneCreek Partners.

 

Over the course of a four-decade career he acted as chief engineer, helmed strategic planning units, and consulted with such legendary techno-industrial conglomerates as Texas Instruments, the Harnischfeger Corporation, Allen-Bradley Cos., and Allis-Chalmers. A licensed professional engineer by training, during his professional career he pioneered the application of “smart technologies” to industrial machinery worldwide.

 

Clement So 苏 权 梅
Clement So

Managing Director, SCP-ACCG China.    Mr. So has over 30 years of extensive experience in property development, equity raising, corporate advisory and project management in both China and the U.S. He moved his focus to the booming markets of China in late 1988 after his success in property development in the Bay Area including San Francisco.

 

While he is a qualified civil engineer, Mr. So is also an effective strategic planner and has a well established network in Hong Kong, China and the U.S. SOK’s strategic partners have included Universal Studio Recreation Group, Walden Venture Capital, WI Harper Venture Capital Funds and is closely associated with Portman Holdings (China), Sun Hung Kai Properties, and Henderson Group HK.

Anthony Ching

Senior Managing Director, SCP-ACCG China.  Anthony Ching is Sr. Managing Director for SCP/ACCG venture activities in China.  Prior to joining with SCP, Anthony formed AC Media Group and AC Consulting Group (环 华 顾 问 集 团 有 限 公 司), supporting client strategic marketing and development activities throughout China and Hong Kong.

 

Before that for more than 20 years Anthony was involved in the advertising industry including responsibilities as senior executive of Grey Advertising for China, responsible for a wide range of client advertising and strategic marketing matters. Anthony is a Hong Kong citizen, a graduate of the Business School at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

 

 

Bruno Granja
Bruno Granja

Managing Director, SCP-CIDG Europe. Bruno Granja is a joint venture partner with SCP in Creative International Development Group (“Creative IDG”), focused on European real estate investment and development opportunities. Bruno Granja also acts as Executive Vice President of affiliate AEC (Adventure Entertainment Cos.) and is partner-in-charge of AEC’s film industries business.

 

Prior to his current involvements, Granja managed an architectural design practice which he established in 1999. His architectural practice supported the projects of banks, commercial developers, and public agencies. Over the same time period, he also acted as developer and manager of franchised stores for his family’s landscape, pool, and spa business, one of the largest such multi-store operators in France. Bruno is a French citizen, a graduate of the Toulouse School Architecture.

Baxter Slaton
Baxter Slaton

Managing Director, SCP Africa.    Baxter Slaton is SCP’s Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, focused principally in Ghana and Nigeria.

 

Prior to joining with SCP, Baxter was a senior executive with Silverbird Group, one of the leading media and property development companies in the Sub-Saharan region. For Silverbird Group, Mr. Slaton directed the Human Resources Group, the Silverbird Malls division, and overall Silverbird corporate business development, among other matters. Baxter is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and TED event organizer.

Samir Kheldouni Sahraoui
Samir Kheldouni

Managing Director, SCP Chorus.    Samir Kheldouni is managing director of Chorus Consulting, with whom SCP maintains a strategic partnership for projects in North Africa.

 

Chorus Consulting specializes in assisting different types of tourism investors (national, international, public or private) in the act of investing in real estate for tourism, primarily in Morocco, in locations including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Meknes, Tangiers, Tetouan, Tamuda Bay Martil, Azla, Al Hoceima, Nador, Zagora, and numerous other destinations.

Khaled El Helaly
SCP team

SCP / Egyptian Consulting Centre strategic alliance.   Khaled El Helaly acts as a representative for StoneCreek Partners, and the SCP/Egyptian Consulting Centre strategic alliance, in Egypt.

 

He is an experienced professional engineer, and is a faculty member of Ain Shams University in Cairo, part of the Engineering, Mechanical Power Department.
