Park City Film Studios

StoneCreek Partners was retained to assist the project owner with planning and implementing the development of this major Mountain States film studio, including conceptual site planning, coordination with design/construction, and initial marketing programs.  The facility opened for business in 2015, with its first hosted production the ABC-produced network series, “Blood and Oil” that was presented on U.S television during Fall 2015.

At Build-out the Park City Film Studios™ studio campus is envisioned to include the film production studio, a destination resort hotel, retail shops, production company offices, and an outdoor performance lawn, among other facilities and amenities.

Park City is the primary staging location of the largest independent film festival in the U.S., the Sundance Film Festival.  The film studio is approximately 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. IBI Group (Salt Lake City) has provided initial site planning support to owner Quinn’s Junction Partnership.
